Allison “Ally” Kreuscher
Director Response Operations
Ally has dedicated nearly a decade to the field of Emergency Medical Services, beginning her career immediately after high school. She earned her EMT certification in 2017 and advanced to Paramedic in 2022. During her Paramedic training, Ally received a Lifesaving Award in recognition of her exceptional performance under critical and demanding circumstances.
In May 2025, she was honored as the Advanced Life Support Provider of the Year by the Hudson Valley Region, representing all of Ulster County — an achievement that reflects her clinical excellence, professionalism, and commitment to her community.
Ally is deeply passionate about delivering patient-centered care and believes strongly in the power of human connection - that sometimes, as simple as holding a hand can change the course of a patient’s prognosis. She believes medicine does not just stop at administering medications, and that empathy is more powerful than most believe.
Outside of her professional life, Ally has completed three marathons and one half marathon in support of charitable causes. She also enjoys hiking and spending time with her fiancée. If all of that isn’t enough, she serves as the full time personal assistant to her animals, who firmly believe she works solely to support their lifestyle. (She does.)
